Prem's [Ranbir Kapoor] fundas in life were very simple - be happy, make others happy. A case of mistaken identity leads Prem to almost kidnap Jenny [Katrina Kaif]. Prem falls in love with Jenny, but realizes gradually that Jenny is in love with someone else [Upen Patel], the son of a conniving politician [Govind Namdeo]. The rest of the story unfolds with how Prem sacrifices his love and tries to unite Jenny with her love.
Rajkumar Santoshi is back in form after a many years
! Comedy has always been his main forte, as his Andaz Apna Apna has achieved cult status in last 15 years. Here he has balanced both romance and comedy very well. His narrative keeps you hooked right from the word go. Santoshi has also picked up the right character actors which contribute immensely to the madcap proceedings. Production values are of high standards. One of the biggest contributors of the film is its music by Pritam. All the songs are ruling the charts and their positioning in the film and picturization make them even better.

Ranbir showcases what powerhouse of talent he has. He is not only loveable in the funny moments but is excellent in the emotional sequences. Katrina Kaif is in top form too. She balances her funny portions equally well with her emotional ones. Both Ranbir and Katrina make a wonderful fresh jodi and their on screen chemistry is simply AMAZING and have created celluloid magic!

Some of drawbacks in the movie
- Weak Climax
- One or two unnecessary comedy scenes
Verdict: 4 Stars
After a really long time a good clean hearted romantic comedy has come to the cinema halls which can be enjoyed with the entire family.
A MUST WATCH MOVIE OF THE SEASON!!

Ranbir Kapoor steals the Show!

Cast- Ranbir Kapoor, Konkana Sen Sharma, Anupum Kher
Director - Ayan Mukerji
Producer- Karan Johar

Late night parties, bunking classes, and cramming before exams are something that everyone can relate to. Wake Up Sid, directed by debutante Ayan Mukerji, is like revisiting those years that lay at some remote corner of your mind, after you moved on in life. Wake Up Sid tells the story of Siddharth aka Sid (Ranbir Kapoor), a lazy, unmotivated slacker from Mumbai whose life undergoes a series of changes after taking his final year college exams. Sid's world is breezy, carefree and without any true responsibilities. Until he leaves home and steps into the "real" world! He meets an aspiring journalist, Aisha (Konkana), who is new to "Bombay" and wants to leave a mark in the world of journalism. As Aisha sets up her life in "Bombay", with the help of Sid and his gang, Sid allows for time to fly by over long drives, late night parties and endless hours doing absolutely nothing. But a series of circumstances and events compel him to straighten out his life.

Ranbir Kapoor is the man of the hour... the audience immediately gets drawn into Sid's world and reacts to everything he does.

Konkana Sen Sharma is as usual natural and portrays the character of Aisha with ease.

Director Ayan Mukerji has struck the chord with just his FIRST release!

Verdict: 3.5 Stars

Main aur Mrs. Khanna-- Another romantic comdey gone wrong?!?

Cast- Kareena Kapoor, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan
Director - Prem.R.Soni
Producer- Ronnie Screwvala and Sohail Khan

Raina, Samir and Akash - are three such people whose lives entwine at an international airport. Here the three find themselves in transit - at the crossroads of life where each has to make a decision that will change their lives forever... Samir (Salman Khan) has to decide whether he wants to stay in the same city that gave him so much and then took away everything...or fly away to a new city ...a new life ... Raina (Kareena Kapoor) has to decide whether her love and loyalty for her husband, who left her to peruse success is more justified, than her faith and trust in her new found friend... Akash (Sohail Khan) has to decide whether what he feels for a married woman is lust or true love...and whether he's justified in trying to win her at all costs...even at the cost of her marriage...Three people coming to terms with their conflicting feelings, personal and psychological problems and the overriding emotion - LOVE....set against the hustle and bustle of an international airport...

For me the movie does not work in many ways--There is no real conflict between the Khannas and the one the director creates is so lame that you are not the least bit concerned or engaged by it. The dialogue, also written by Soni, doesn’t improve the ridiculous script: at one point, Salman wipes a tear, looks at it on his finger tip and exclaims: Not cool Mr Khanna. As usual, Salman mumbles and stumbles through the role but the surprise is that even Kareena, who looks lovely in her designer clothing, opts for minimal engagement.

Verdict: 1.0 stars
Definitely a movie which you can SKIP out on!
